Updating

While I was walking the other day this rabbit jumped out of the bush in front of me. He to the edge of the woods and just stopped. So I ran back to the house grabbed my camera and prayed he was there when I returned. Sure enough he was. This isn't the best picture because it was very sunny and we all know sun is not a DSLR best friend. But I got the shot anyways.

All we have done for the past 3 days is play games! Lots and lots of games! It's been so much fun hanging out with the girls. We're trying to savor our last few days before I go back to work and they to school.

New Hobby

The girls have started a new hobby. I'm not even sure what it's called. They use yarn and cover those plastic canvas shapes with it. It's really cool. A lady from one of the knapin's showed them. They even tried crocheting. Lacey said it was too hard but Aunt Sandy is bound to teach them. I hope one day they do learn. I tried it but I don't have enough patience. I like to see results too quickly. lol

An amateur photographer was invited to dinner with friends and took along a few pictures to show the hostess. She looked at the photos and commented "These are very good! You must have a good camera."

He didn't make any comment, but, as he was leaving to go home he said "That was a really delicious meal! You must have some very good pots."

Happy 4th of July

Today the scrap review posted some really great tips about shooting fireworks. I think next year I'm going to make it a point to see some fireworks and try to get a shot of them.

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend. Clint and his brother cooked some really great bbq over a fire pit and it was so good! Everyone had a blast! Can't wait to do it again next year!

Lg Bin

This is a picture I took a couple of weeks ago while Clint and I were riding around. It's actually an old huge concrete grain bin. I love the structure.

I'm off to another fish fry at Daddy's. We went fishing at the river yesterday and caught about 30. Can't wait!!!
